Instruction Philosophies
I believe that school is an interesting place and should possess a high level of passion for the subjects that are being taught. I feel that we should allow students to learn through an array of different strategies. I care about the students and the work they are doing and want my teaching abilities to inspire play based curiosity, deep thinking, and challenges. I believe in developing an effective classroom instruction that is ever changing and should be a priority for advancing your students achievements inside and outside the classroom. I would like to become a highly effective teacher who's main goal embodies classroom strategies that are you going to enrich students on a daily bases and set them up to become lifelong learners.
My Instructional Beliefs:
🖍 Each child deserves a fair and equal access to an array of learning experiences through student centered and teacher directed strategies
🖍 All students will be provided with high quality instruction and strategies that are both research and student based and will be engaging and challenging
🖍 The teacher will be committed to continuous professional learning and will work in collaboration to improve student achievement.
🖍 To always uses positive expectations can create energy within the classroom, and students. , “Each child is living the only life he has- the only one he will ever have. The least we can do is not diminish it” - Wong
🖍 When creating an effective instructional strategy a teacher should ask themselves, what do I want them to accomplish and what do I want them to learn. An effective strategy should uncover a student’s mastery learning skills not their mastery learning failures.
🖍 Teaching should be instructional strategies that give sound objectives. This will develop a safe and caring classroom environment. Each instruction, assignments, and objectives from the teacher should create two things within the class, to assign and access the student's’ abilities.
🖍 Developing a classroom community begins and ends with the child's caregiver. Communicating learning objective and strategies with parents helps engage them in the success of their child's academics. The celebration should include parents, the community, and the neighborhood.
